The French Swimming Federation made videos of athletes training at home, and we received special permission to add Japanese subtitles and share those videos with you. It’s a great chance to see what kind of training top athletes go through so be sure to check it out!
AS is short for “Artistic Swimming”, which you may know as Synchronized Swimming. Its name was changed to accentuate the artistic aspect of the sport in 2017.
In the second half of the video there are a lot of moves that are specifically for in-water movements, how about trying to do a few of them?!
We have also received a message from the athletes. We too are looking forward to welcoming you to the Kanazawa Pool next year!
