Today, with the authorization of the French Swimming Federation, we are sharing Open Water Swimming athletes, Marc-Antoine Olivier and Oceane Cassignol, home training video. ????‍♀️

As you may know, OWS doesn't happen in a pool, but in outside bodies of water and on long distances. ??️

This is why, as sprinters are not built as marathonians, race swimmers are not built the same as ows swimmers. Check out the training videos to see the differences in training, and try for yourself ! ??
